Social Media & Business Admin Assistant

We can help you recruit a young Social Media & Business Admin Assistant who can support your day-to-day business administration while developing the practical digital skills needed to support your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok social media.
We Recruit → We Train = They Put It Into Practice
Your new employee will receive our practical 4-Week Social Media & Digital Marketing Training Programme, designed to help them start applying their learning within your business from the very beginning.
Following Week 1, they will learn how to set up or optimise your business social media profiles where required.
From Week 2, they will begin creating and posting regular, employer-approved content across platforms such as:
Facebook • Instagram • TikTok • LinkedIn
Training includes Canva, content creation, captions, social media planning, content scheduling, Reels and short-form video, engagement and basic analytics, with learners developing the skills to create and post content for your business every working day.
Funding Available for Eligible Employers
Eligible employers can benefit from:
✓ Grant funding towards the training of your young employee
✓ PLUS an additional £2,000 grant funding towards your onboarding costs
Our consultancy will also support you with the recruitment administration, vacancy preparation and onboarding process, making it easier for your business to take advantage of the opportunity.
Your Role as the Employer
To participate, you will need to:
- Employ the young person for a minimum of 4 months;
- For a minimum of 25 hours per week;
- Pay at least the applicable Minimum Wage
